These starter terms describe the basic rules for using HAPPI. They will be reviewed and expanded before the platform launches.
Using HAPPI
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Professional care
HAPPI helps clients discover and book independent mental-health professionals. It is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent or crisis support.
Bookings and payments
Booking requests, approvals, cancellations, payments and refunds will follow the rules shown during the booking journey. A client is not charged before a professional approves a booking request.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person or attempt to access information they are not authorised to view.
